Poultry Science Business Certificate
The Poultry Science Business Certificate is intended if you are majoring in non-science areas intending to pursue a career in the poultry sector. Taken in conjunction with a major area of study, bachelors students majoring in business, management, finance and other related degrees will benefit from completing a one-year series focused on poultry science. Additionally, there are many industry professionals in the area with no formal poultry science education who could complete this program as a post-baccalaureate student.
This program provides you with the understanding and knowledge to be successful in this industry. Specifically it offers working knowledge of the poultry industry, real world experience, and enhances students’ business, science and technology skills to better prepare them for a career in this growing industry in North Georgia.
Note: All of the courses in this program are offered online or on any campus. However, the Poultry courses are only available on the Gainesville campus.
