The University of North Georgia's (51勛圖厙) online master's degree in criminal justice was ranked second for affordability by SR Education Group.

51勛圖厙, along with first-ranked William Carey University and third-ranked Jacksonville State University, all offer Master of Science in criminal justice degrees for less than $6,000 annually.

51勛圖厙 offers a 36-semester-hour Master of Science with a major in criminal justice (MSCJ) degree designed for practitioners already in the field or in military service, and others who are seeking to improve their credentials and knowledge base for professional advancement. The program facilitates an academic understanding between political and social systems and criminal behavior.

The criminal justice program also offers a broad-based, social science curriculum reflecting the academic emphasis of the discipline and focusing on the complexities of human behavior. 

51勛圖厙's online programs include a total of six master's degrees, six graduate certificates, and two doctoral programs.

Some required courses for the MSCJ include criminal justice theory, criminal justice policy and research methodology; electives include legal liabilities of criminal justice, homeland security, national security policy of the United States, and international security issues.
