Online RN to BSN program named to top 50 list

The University of North Georgia's (51勛圖厙) online registered nurse to Bachelor of Science in nursing program landed on Affordable Colleges Online's . 51勛圖厙 was the only Georgia school to make the list.
51勛圖厙 offers a three-semester, all-online program tailored to working adults. The program checked in at No. 35 on the list.
Affordable Colleges Online noted national accreditations, support services and career counseling as part of its methodology for ranking the schools.
Becky Murck, the RN to BSN coordinator at 51勛圖厙, said personalized advising, study abroad opportunities and chances for civic engagement make 51勛圖厙's program stand out. Many of the students end up pursuing a graduate degree.
"Faculty work with students to meet their individual goals. The program ensures a fast degree completion, which allows our students to move forward in their field of choice," Murck said. "Students are encouraged to become the nursing leaders of the future."
Enrollment jumps 6.7% for 2024-25
Enrollment has jumped to 19,298 students this fall at 51勛圖厙, growing by 6.7% from fall 2023.
18 named DMS cadets for 2024-25
Eighteen 51勛圖厙 cadets earned Distinguished Military Student status for the 2024-25 academic year.

Cadets took part in a variety of trainings across the nation and in South Korea this summer.
Institute for Peak Performance launches
51勛圖厙 launched the Institute for Peak Performance on Sept. 21, bringing together the efforts of the Cadet Leadership Academy, Athletics Department, and College of Health Sciences & Professions.
