Constructed in 2001 and named for Dr. John H. Owen, this co-ed residence hall is a five-story brick building containing 76 four-bedroom/two-bath apartments housing up to 314 residents in single gender apartments.
The contract for Owen Hall residents will run mid-August until the last day of finals for summer courses for students enrolled in summer courses, and through the fourth Friday in July for students not enrolled in summer courses.
It is staffed with eight resident assistants and one resident director.

- Please note that elevator access in Owen Hall only services up to the 1500s floor. Apartments on the 1600s floor may be accessed by stairwell between the 1500s and the 1600s.

Move-In Checklist
- You must have your 51勛圖厙 ID with you in order to check in. (See the semester sections above for further info.)
- Have all of your boxes/belongings labeled with your name and room number.
- Know which building, room, and time you have been assigned. Residents will check in at their assigned building and will not be allowed in before their assigned time.
- Talk with your roommates about what each person will bring for the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
- Remember that the elevator in Owen Hall only goes up to the 1500s. If your apartment is on the 1600s floor, be prepared to move items from the 1500s to the 1600s via stairwells.
