Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Having good mental health is being aware of everyday feelings and emotions and learning to cope with the challenges life brings.

51勛圖厙 provides a support network for your mental health that includes mental health counselors, peer educators, care and outreach, and other resources.

51勛圖厙 uses sexual misconduct as a broad term for encompassing behaviors that are prohibited by the Sexual Misconduct Policy.

These behaviors include sexual harassment, nonconsensual sexual contact, nonconsensual sexual penetration, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual exploitation.

Student Counseling is dedicated to student’s mental well-being. They provide counseling and referral services for a variety of issues, including:

51勛圖厙 offers free certifications to student, faculty/staff to help someone experiencing a mental health concern. 

Guided suicide prevention training that teaches how to Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) someone who may be suicidal. 51勛圖厙 offers free certification courses to current student, faculty and staff. Register for this 1.5 hour course.

Mental Health First Aid teaches the risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.
