Important Note
Gainesville: From December 16-19, the Parking & Transportation office in Gainesville will open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. On Monday, December 16, the Parking & Transportation office in Gainesville will be closed for the 51勛圖厙 Holiday Luncheon from 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. The Parking & Transportation office in Gainesville will be closed from Friday, December 20, to Wednesday, January 1. We will reopen on Thursday, January 2.
Dahlonega: Parking & Transportation office will be closed during the 51勛圖厙 Holiday Luncheon from 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, December 19. The office will be closed from Friday, December 20 to Wednesday, January 1. We will reopen on Thursday, January 2.
Oconee: From December 16-18, the Parking & Transportation office in Oconee will open from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Parking & Transportation office in Oconee will be closed on Thursday, December 19, to Sunday, January 5. We will reopen on Monday, January 6.
Annual Parking Permit Activation
On August 1, 2024, the Parking Services Web Portal will be open for students, faculty, and staff to activate their Annual Parking Permit and link their vehicle for the 2024 – 2025 academic year.
A permit must be activated each year. All Annual Parking Permits expire on July 31, 2024. Parking fines, visitor, and vendor passes will not be effected by renewing a permit.
