Team Training and Education
The 2020 Office of Civil Rights regulations [§ 106.45(b)(1)(iii) & § 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D)] require the posting of “all materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process.” 34 C.F.R. 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). Such training materials must also be kept for seven years.
