You may access student 1098-T tax information online via your student account. 

After logging in:

1. Select the "Student" tab.
2. Select "Student Records".
3. Select "Tax Notification".
4. Enter the tax year desired.
5. Submit.

If your student Banner access has expired (usually due to graduating or no longer attending at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø) and you attended 51³Ô¹ÏÍø within the last three semesters (including summer), you will need to contact 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s IT services department at 706-864-1922 or helpdesk@ung.edu to request to have your account temporarily restored so that you can access your 1098-T form. 

Once your access is restored, please follow the steps above.
